Why is a card fee added?
Card payments cost Word of Life a processing fee (currently 1.7% + 30c). We add it to your total so the missionary or ministry you choose receives the full amount of your gift.
Can I set up an ongoing gift?
Yes. Choose Ongoing (monthly) and your gift, including the card fee, is charged on about the same day each month. To change or stop it at any time, contact the office.
How do I know my gift goes where I chose?
Every gift is recorded against the missionary, ministry fund or special project you pick, and your receipt and our office’s notification both say exactly who or what it’s for.
Is my card safe?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Word of Life.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Word of Life Fellowship Ltd is a registered charity, but it is not a deductible gift recipient, so gifts are not tax-deductible. You’ll receive an emailed receipt for your records.
Can I give by direct deposit?
