These terms apply to tickets and merchandise for Word of Life (WOL) events. For the purposes of these terms, ‘Attendees’ means children and youth (ages 5–18), youth leaders, pastors and parents or caregivers. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket for a WOL event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Terms of attendance
All attendees at any WOL event must hold a paid ticket for the event they are attending. Any host or group ticketholder agrees to make sure every member of their group who attends also holds their own paid ticket. All attendees, including parents and legal guardians accompanying attendees under 18, must have a valid ticket to enter the event or purchase one at the door.
2. Cancellation policy for tickets
Cancellation requests received on or before the event’s cancellation cut-off date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after the cut-off date are non-refundable. Refunds are processed by our finance department. Please contact the office.
3. Online merchandise (including shirts and apparel)

Merchandise purchased online is available for collection at the event only and will not be posted. Refunds are processed by our finance department. Please contact the office.
4. Event information and notifications
We’ll use the contact details on your ticket to send important event information, changes or updates, which may be time-sensitive or need action from you. It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date with WOL. WOL cannot take responsibility for missed communications, or their consequences, caused by incorrect contact details.
The WOL office may also contact you to confirm important details for your ticket, such as group member details or dietary requirements. Please provide these by the requested dates so the event can be suitably prepared. We cannot guarantee we can cater for requirements we haven’t been told about, or that we’re told about after the requested date.
5. Additional event terms
Events will be captured in photographs, video and audio by authorised WOL personnel. Word of Life Fellowship Ltd reserves the right to use this material, in part or in full, for promotional, editorial and contextual purposes. Recordings are kept by WOL and accessed by authorised staff and personnel for marketing or promotional purposes. You agree to these terms when you register for an event.
Thank you for your understanding. As a small not-for-profit ministry with limited financial reserves, WOL needs to be able to cover the upfront costs of planning our events. These policies help us do that and support the longevity of the ministry.
